The Educational Therapy Difference

Students move on from Prepped Learning with a set of skills and strategies that promote lifelong learning. It’s a primary part of our teaching philosophy: Prepped for school. Learning for life.

We consider this the “Difference that Matters.”

We observe it ourselves, as do parents. But the most rewarding evidence of this difference is when students self report:

  • Increased motivation for learning and completing work.
  • Improved self-confidence which comes from feeling that they have truly learned (as opposed to having simply completed an assignment).
  • An awareness of learning strengths, deficits, and tendencies, which fosters greater self-awareness and critical thinking skills.
  • Competence in and connection with academic skills that help students create meaning in their own lives.
  • The ability and inclination to teach themselves and become self-starters.
  • An overall sense that they CAN learn.

Come learn with us and see the difference for yourself!
